Piper and I Having a Little Fun

 Another old project. I really need to do something new soon, but this was a fun day. 

I researched how to make fake wounds with stuff around the house, and got some great information. I used flour and vaseline to make the scar wax, and then dug into my daughter's makeup for the coloring. I used coffee grounds to make the scrape illusion.

Once again, Piper going all-out with her acting.

A Quick Little Story

 I wrote this story several years ago. It's fun and gruesome, and I hope you enjoy! The PSL Girls Chuck glared at the gaggle of girls waiting to order pumpkin spice lattes. They had been coming every day, wearing their Ugg boots and taking selfies with their cups, since August. In Texas .   They don’t care about the most important part of fall – Halloween. Chuck had tried making conversation with the girls as he swept floors or tidied up the milk and sugar counter.  New post, but old project. Last year my granddaughter Piper and I played a trick on my husband Chris (Piper's "Pap") based on a picture I saw online. Here is the picture: And here is my Mock Monstrosity: Piper really got into the spirit of the prank: Piper is not only my granddaughter, but my partner in crime!
